My new license won’t activate
If your new license won’t activate, there may be a few reasons for this. Ensure you have entered the correct license key. Additionally, check to see if the license has already been activated on another website, and reach out to us for assistance if the issue persists.
Do you have an old and expired license?
If so, please hit the “check license” button and then the “deactivate” button. In most cases it solves the issue.
